Spring Planting
A few weeks ago there were several warm days in which we got the garden tilled and planted a bunch of cold-weather veggies. It's my first time getting the garden planted in early Spring and I'm feeling pretty excited about it. Tiny shoots from the peas and beets have come up already!

this my first year planting an early spring garden too! some of my peas and spinach are coming up, after today, who knows! but growing something is a very satisfying thing! I may have to copy your set up! cool!
Wow, I feel it too. Gardening is the bomb. Hey just so you know I made the chocolate cake recipe you gave me and it turned out so good. I wish I had taken a picture becasue they were the cutest jumbo sized cupcakes with fluffy whit frosting and pastel sprinkles! But we ate them up already! I gave one (each) to two friends who had birthdays and one neighbor who had a relative die so it was a fun day for food giving. Thanks Hiedi for sharing your good recipes.
